Welcome to my page! Taking the first step towards feeling better starts with showing up for yourself, and here you are — congratulations for having the courage to explore.

I know life can feel overwhelming, full of unknowns, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. I’ve been there too, and I understand how it feels to have a whirlwind of emotions inside you. The good news is that you don’t have to go through it alone, and that’s exactly what therapy is all about. It’s a space where you can be seen, heard, and emotionally supported. My goal is to provide a space where you feel fully accepted, understood, and validated.

I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist who works with teens, adults, new parents, and couples. My approach focuses on acceptance, balance, communication, and emotional regulation. I meet my clients where they are, offering warmth, empathy, and a judgment-free environment. I believe that no two people experience the world the same way, so therapy should be as unique as you are. I aim to help you recognize and build upon your strengths while exploring your emotions and developing personalized coping strategies.

I draw from humanistic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to tailor our work together. I’m originally from the Bay Area but have been living in Sonoma County for the last 20 years. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the nonprofit sector for 15 years, supporting individuals with various intellectual and developmental abilities, as well as mentoring teens through adolescence.

I’m a parent to a 4-year-old boy, and I’m married to my wonderful husband. I also live with dyslexia and identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), which gives me a unique perspective and approach to my work. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Development from Sonoma State University and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of San Francisco.

If you’re looking for support for yourself, your teen, or your family, I’d love to connect and see if we’d be a good fit. I’m already looking forward to hearing from you!
