We all deserve a space where we can be wholly and completely ourselves, and show up authentically without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. A place where we can find the courage to face the parts of ourselves that need compassion, care, and healing.  And a space where we can celebrate the parts of ourselves that are already thriving.

Therapy should be that space. In my practice, I take an engaged, empathetic, warm approach with clients, creating a respectful and collaborative relationship. You are the expert in your own life; I am here to offer guidance, skills, and insight into the areas you are struggling with. As a therapist specializing in working with neurodivergent youth and their parents and caregivers, I provide a nurturing and understanding space for you to navigate your unique journey. I use a neurodivergent affirming approach to therapy, empowering individuals with the tools and skills necessary to navigate life’s challenges, to show up in the world authentically, and to thrive. When we work together, I will celebrate you, honor your path, and help you explore and heal the places where you are stuck.

I have a particular interest in supporting parents of neurodivergent children and teens. I know that it can feel like you are parenting in a whole different universe because your experience looks and feels so different than everyone else’s. As a therapist and a parent to two kids (one neurodivergent, one neurotypical), I get it. And I am here for all of it and for all of you – however you show up in the room. I meet you where you’re at and bring acceptance, empathy, lived experience, a little humor, and decades of experience creating a safe, trauma-informed space for growth and healing.

My lived experience includes being dyslexic, having a neurodivergent teen and neurotypical tween, as well as being in partnership with my husband of 30 years who has ADHD. I am also an educator and theatre artist, having worked in trauma-informed therapeutic theater for over 20 years, bringing my decades of experience exploring the human condition to my psychotherapy practice. I truly love working closely with individuals on their path of self-awareness, exploration, and healing, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
